It's hard to make changes. To actually stop doing one thing and/or start doing something completely new - that can be scary. I know it is for me. I've been working a job that I didn't love for many years mostly because I didn't feel comfortable advocating for the change that I knew was needed, for our farm and for me and my family.
This week, I did it.
